Our Purchase Policy
All online purchases are always Final Sale. If unsure about sizing or fit, it is encouraged to book a fitting or chat with one of our experts before purchasing. We are always happy to assist you with your online shopping experience!
In store purchases are eligible for Exchange or Store Credit within 7 days of purchase if items meet criteria below.
- Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered.
- All original packaging & tags must be attached & unaltered.
- When exchanging an item for store credit it must include the original receipt.
- We do not accept returns on panties, swim, or bodysuits if the hygienic slip is removed.
- Sale items are final sale & may not be returned for store credit or exchanged.
Additionally, special orders, gift wrapping & shipping costs are nonrefundable. Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, credit, or store credit.
*Story Essentials reserves the right to refuse service & exchanges to anyone who, in our opinion makes excessive or arbitrary returns and exchanges.
