Our Purchase Policy
All online purchases are always Final Sale. If unsure about sizing or fit, it is encouraged to book a fitting or chat with one of our experts before purchasing. We are always happy to assist you with your online shopping experience!
In store purchases are eligible for Exchange or Store Credit Only within 7 days of purchase if items meet criteria below.
- Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered.
- All original packaging & tags must be attached & unaltered.
- Item must be in the same condition as it left the store.
- When exchanging an item for store credit it must include the original receipt.
- We do not accept returns on underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery, adhesive products, pleasure toys, or accessories.
- Sale items are final sale & may not be returned for store credit or exchanged.
Additionally, special orders & deposits, gift wrapping & shipping costs are nonrefundable and always final sale. Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, credit, or store credit.
Store credit remains valid for one year from original date of purchase and is non-transferable. All items purchased with store credit are final sale.
HOLIDAY PURCHASE POLICY
All items purchased as holiday gifts between 12/7/25 - 12/24/25 can be exchanged for alternate items on or before January 7, 2026.
No exceptions.
Items must be unworn, in original sale condition with all tags attached to be eligible for exchange. Bodysuits, swimwear, hosiery, accessories, and underwear are all FINAL SALE.
All sale items, items purchased during a promo, or items purchased via our website are all final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Please advise recipient of included gift receipt and exchange policy should they need to reach out with any questions.
We do not offer refunds - no exceptions.
